Cotillion Dress Attire

Class:

Junior Cotillion: (open to the public):

GIRLS.....nice dress (or skirt w/blouse), dress shoes and white gloves. (Gloves sold at cotillion.)

BOYS.....suit or dress pants, dress shirt (with collar and long sleaves), dress shoes, belt and tie.

(Belt matches shoe color and socks match pant color. Pants may be khaki, black, brown or grey

Jeans are only allowed at the Sock-Hop.)

School Junior Cotillion (only for students at that school):

GIRLS..... private "dress" school uniform with school shoes dress shoes or equivalent.

BOYS..... private "dress" school uniform with school shoes dress shoes or equivalent.

Sock Hop Final Dance:

GIRLS.....poodle skirt, belt, blouse, dress shoes , bobby socks. (accessories: pony tail, chiffon scarf, saddle shoes, catseye glasses )

BOYS......jeans, belt, white t-shirt, white socks, dress shoes, jacket (accessories: black leather jacket, school "letter" jacket, sweater, greased hair, black glasses, black comb in pocket)

Christmas Final Dance:

GIRLS.....semi-formal party dress (or Christmas dress), dress shoes , nylons or tights , and white gloves .

BOYS......suit or dress pants, dress shirt (with collar and long sleaves), dress shoes, belt and tie.

(Belt matches shoe color and socks match pant color. Pants may be khaki, black, blue or grey.)

No athletic attire, spaghetti straps, halter tops, mini-skirts, bra straps or mid-riffs showing.

Shoes must have, at the very least, a strap behind the ankle. Please no platforms or slide-on shoes.
