The After-School  Junior Cotillion includes a lesson on dining.
California Junior Cotillion is the only cotillion program to offer a dining and table manners lesson, with hands-on experience. Students get to practice what they are taught with white table clothes and real place-setting materials. Our students truly learn appropriate table etiquette, whether at home, a nice restaurant, or a formal wedding.

 Dining & Table Manners Tutorial 
This is an additional way for the school to raise money. It is a two hour lesson, held on a weekend, is open to the whole school and targets not only students but parents and teachers. This is a longer, more comprehensive lesson in dining and is for everyone.  (The After-School Etiquette Program has a shorter version of this lesson in its course.)
